Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the teambadger platform, website (teambadger.ai, app.teambadger.ai) and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
The Service is operated by KABHAN TEKSTİL BİLİŞİM BİLGİSAYAR VE YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("KABHAN", "we", "us"), a limited liability company incorporated in the Republic of Türkiye, operating the Service under the teambadger brand. Contact: hello@teambadger.ai.
2. The Service
teambadger is an agentic growth platform for B2B SaaS companies. AI agents audit your website and funnel, analyse competitors, produce a prioritised task list scored by impact ÷ effort, and — on paid plans — draft and help execute growth work subject to your approval. Feature availability differs by plan and evolves over time; descriptions on the website may include capabilities that are on our roadmap and marked or referenced as such.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that people you invite to your organisation are authorised to act for it. You must be at least 18 and using the Service on behalf of a business.
4. Free audit
The free audit is provided "as is", without warranty, for evaluation purposes. We may rate-limit, modify, or withdraw free features at any time.
5. Subscriptions, billing and taxes (Paddle)
Paid plans are sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle Payments Ltd). When you purchase a subscription, your contract of sale is with Paddle, and Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms apply to the purchase. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, applicable VAT/sales taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Prices are listed in EUR (with USD parity) and may change with notice effective from the next billing cycle.
- Usage guardrails apply instead of credit meters; we may throttle abusive usage.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) audit or crawl websites you do not own or lack authorisation to analyse; (b) use the Service to produce spam, deceptive content, or content that infringes third-party rights; (c) attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service; (d) resell the Service without a written agreement with us.
7. Your content and data
You retain all rights to your website content, brand materials, and data from connected integrations ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. Integration access is read-only where offered as such and revocable by you at any time. Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use Customer Data to train foundation AI models.
8. AI-generated output
The Service uses large language models. Output (audits, scores, drafts, recommendations) may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your context. You are responsible for reviewing and approving output before acting on it or publishing it. Approve-before-post is the default behaviour of execution features. We do not guarantee any particular marketing or business result (metrics shown on the website that are illustrative are labelled as such).
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, including software, design, the badger marks, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Deliverables generated for you from your inputs (e.g. drafted copy) may be used by you without restriction once delivered.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or risk to the Service, with notice where practicable. Upon termination we will, on request, delete Customer Data within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the website or by email with reasonable notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Çağlayan), without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection rights in your country of residence. Purchases made via Paddle are additionally governed by Paddle's buyer terms.
